How It Works

We’ll start with a 90-minute deep dive into your health, passions, goals, and desired outcome of working together.

You’ll get a customized fitness plan that’s tailored to your needs, goals, preferences, and available equipment.

We’ll meet once a week for online or in-person fitness coaching. We’ll focus on building strength in a way you find enjoyable and sustainable.

You’ll learn proper lifting form, how and when to progress, what’s needed for a well-rounded workout, and more…

Most importantly, you’ll learn how to keep getting stronger after the program ends.

You’ll learn what foods are necessary for building muscle, maintaining bone mass, and feeling energized, day to day.

And finally, we’ll dial in your rest and recovery. Nourishing self-care rituals that promote dreamy sleep, a clear mind, stable mood, and the time needed for strength gains.

Remember, muscle isn’t gained at the gym, it’s gained when we rest.
