Helpers and healers pour so much of themselves into others. You spend your days tending to the needs of your clients, patients, kids, or parents, often putting your own needs on the back burner.

But to truly show up and serve, you need to be strong, resilient, and energized in your own body.

My training style is specifically designed for those who dedicate their lives to caring. By incorporating strength training with mindfulness and feel-good relaxation techniques, you'll create a body and mind that supports your wellbeing, prevents burnout, and empowers you to keep making a difference in the world.

The consultation includes a movement assessment and health questionnaire. Then, we'll go over your fitness goals and make a plan for achieving them!

Small Group Training

Fitness is Better with Friends.

Circuit training that meets you where you're at.

Who: Anyone who wants to build strength, make new connections, and HAVE FUN under the guidance of a personal trainer.

When: Most weeks - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 am (subject to change)

How Much: $10-$25 (tiered pricing)

Where: North Tabor, Portland, Oregon

What: Low Stress, HIGH VIBE, Effective Strength Training tailored to your needs and goals.

Class Styles:

    • Circuit Training (focusing on full-body strength with proper form and alignment)
    • HIIT (to get the heart rate up and the feel-good hormones flowin')

***This is a parent-friendly group! If you have small children who are fairly independent, they are welcome to hang out while we get buff! (See photo)
